They serve to make the overall internet experience more user-friendly and effective.
(3) Use of cookies:
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and function of which are explained below:
Transient cookies (see b)
and persistent cookies (see c).
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close your browser. These include session cookies, which store a session ID that allows different requests from your browser to be associated with the same session. This allows your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. Session cookies are deleted when you log out or close your browser.
Persistent cookies are automatically deleted after a predetermined period, which can vary depending on the cookie. You can delete cookies at any time in your browser's security settings.
You can configure your browser settings according to your preferences and, for example, refuse to accept third-party cookies or all cookies. Please note that you may not be able to use all the functions of this website if you do so.
The Flash cookies used are not recorded by your browser, but by your Flash plug-in. We also use HTML5 storage objects, which are stored on your device. These objects store the necessary data independently of your browser and do not have an automatic expiration date. If you do not wish to allow the processing of Flash cookies, you must install a corresponding add-on, such as "Better Privacy" for Mozilla (https://addons.mozilla.org/de/firefox/addon/betterprivacy/) or the Adobe Flash Killer Cookie for Google Chrome. You can prevent the use of HTML5 storage objects by using your browser's private browsing mode. We also recommend that you regularly delete your cookies and browsing history manually.
This stored information is kept separate from any other data you may provide to us. In particular, cookie data is not linked to your other data.
(4) SSL encryption
To protect the security of your data during transmission, we use state-of-the-art encryption methods (e.g. SSL) via HTTPS.
(5) Google Web Fonts
This website uses web fonts provided by Google for consistent font display. When you visit a page, your browser loads the necessary web fonts into its browser cache to display text and fonts correctly.
For this purpose, the browser you are using must connect to Google's servers. This allows Google to know that our website was accessed via your IP address. The use of Google Web Fonts is in the interest of a consistent and appealing presentation of our online content. This constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR.
If your browser does not support web fonts, a standard font from your computer will be used.
Further information about Google Web Fonts can be found at https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq and in Google's privacy policy: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy/.

For this, you will generally need to provide further personal data, which we use to provide the respective service and for which the aforementioned data processing principles apply.
(2) In some cases, we use external service providers to process your data. These providers have been carefully selected and commissioned by us, are bound by our instructions, and are regularly monitored.
(3) If our service providers or partners are located in a country outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we will inform you about the consequences of this in the description of the offer.
§ 5 Objection or revocation of the processing of your data
(1) If you have given your consent to the processing of your data, you can withdraw it at any time in accordance with Article 21 GDPR. Such a withdrawal will affect the lawfulness of the processing of your personal data after you have communicated it to us.
(2) Where we base the processing of your personal data on a balancing of interests, you may object to the processing. This is the case, in particular, if the processing is not necessary for the performance of a contract with you, which we will explain in the following description of the functions. When exercising such an objection, please state the reasons why we should not process your personal data as we have done. In the event of your justified objection, we will review the situation and either cease or adjust the data processing or demonstrate to you our compelling legitimate grounds for continuing the processing.
