Information in accordance with Articles 11 and 12 of the EU Regulation on Transparency and Targeting of Political Advertising (TTPW Regulation)

As the CDU, we are obligated to disclose certain transparency information regarding paid political advertising. This is intended to enable citizens to understand who finances, is responsible for, and disseminates political content.

This publication therefore contains information that must be provided with every political advertisement in accordance with Article 11(1) and Article 12(1) of Regulation (EU) 2024/900 of 13 March 2024 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising (TTPW Regulation).
